A clearer shoot plan with Photographers’ Clipboard
Good photographs begin with a useful brief, then leave room for what happens on the day.

A photograph has a visible result and an invisible plan. The brief, location, timing, references and people involved all shape what can happen when the camera comes out.
Photographers’ Clipboard is a planning workspace created by Peter Trainer for those working details. It brings shoot notes, checklists, moodboards, weather and light information into one place so the practical work can support the creative decisions.
Plan for the pictures you need
Before a commercial or portrait session, note where the images will be used. A website opening needs different space from a close portrait; a campaign may need both still photographs and shorter social formats. A connected plan helps the photographer, stylist and client work from the same direction.
AI-assisted ideas can help with preparation, while the photographer remains responsible for the brief, the people and the finished images. The product artwork here is illustrative and is not a client case study.
