ICON STUDIOS / PRIVACY
Privacy and enquiries.
How this website works when you contact Icon Studios or follow a link.
Contacting us
You can contact us by email or use the enquiry form. Photography and headshot form messages go to [email protected]. Other form messages go to [email protected]. Direct email links open your own email app. Include only the details needed for your enquiry; please do not send medical or other sensitive information in an initial message.
We use correspondence to respond to your enquiry and discuss the work or appointment you ask about. An email does not reserve an appointment.
Website services
Our website hosting provider may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. Your browser stores theme and motion preferences on your device. This release does not install Google Analytics. The enquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check for automated submissions and Resend to send your message to our Google Workspace inbox. These providers process the details needed to perform those tasks. We do not use this form to subscribe you to marketing.
Selected films use YouTube's privacy-enhanced player, which loads when you choose to play a film. External sites, including linked portfolios and recommendations, have their own privacy practices.
Your questions and choices
To ask about information you have sent us, including access, correction or deletion, or to raise a privacy concern, email [email protected]. Tell us which correspondence you mean so we can locate it. We will review your request and reply.
We keep correspondence as needed to handle enquiries, work and applicable record obligations. Contact us for details about a particular record.
